I did love this film when it was originally released so was doing the whole thing of not watching the remake incase it spoiled that illusion was destroyed. but, this was once again on a plane with not much else to do, with the recent success of sequels being good I couldn't hold out any longer.

While it sticks to a lot of the original, it does appear to have its own little twists and turns. Obviously special effects standards are far better than they were so the whole robot and its abilities, its interaction in its computer systems and so on. This certainly makes it a little more believable.

A fun film, possibly a look at the future and a warning that we shouldn't mess with the human mind or soul!!
