Finally one that lived up to the description, possibly even more, that Sky gave it.
Nuclear Holocaust, never likely to be a film dripping in fun and laughter, so I was expected for the worst yet this film surprised me greatly. While showing everything you would expect from something so devastating it was amazing at getting across so many emotions that you would expect to see from this situation. A bunch of strangers thrown together, people already injured and dying. The highs and lows, moments of hope and despair and how, even when things were at their worst, they still managed to band together to try and fight to survive.
A very entertaining film as an insight to the way humans could possibly react in a situation of complete desperation, certainly thought provoking and a good watch. I would recommend it but not when the kids are around.
